We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, we know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes necessary. 

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. Should you need to return anything, we are here to make your return process as easy as possible.

By engaging in any transaction with Lala Love Moda, you agree to this Refund/Exchange Policy.

  • Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery
  • One-time $12.95 restocking fee will be charged on each return.
  • Returned items must be presented in the *original condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase.
  • Please securely pack and seal returned items with the included invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Lala Love Moda does not provide shipping labels for returns.
  • Please include a copy of your packing slip in your return packages. 
  • Lala Love Moda reserves the right to refuse a return, if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 30 day policy.  


Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. 

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed, with all original tags attached.

Our team checks all items for any damages or defects prior to shipping and we also inspect for accuracy, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

  • All responses must be made within 3 days of receiving your order by email in order to be accepted. Please contact us immediately and we will have you provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.

  • If something is missing from your order please let us know immediately and we will cross check with our inventory for accuracy.
